This lesson explores the process and challenges of preparing for travel while learning new, relevant vocabulary.

“Small talk” refers to casual, light conversation about common or trivial matters, often used to socialize, break the ice, or establish a rapport. It’s not about delving into deep or personal topics, but rather about creating a comfortable atmosphere for interaction.

I went through the “Conversation Topics” worksheets and tabulated the results. This lesson’s topic will be culture. I made a list of the popular topics and will ask all of you to help me choose which ones to use for the remaining classes.
