We’ll be using story dice again, but instead of using Dan Harmon’s Story Circle, we’ll be using a simplified version of “Nelson’s 9 Steps for Story Writing” to wrote short stories about travel adventures.
“Hangry” means to be bad tempered or irritable as a result of hunger. The word is making a comeback because of research that suggests “hanger” is a diagnosable feeling.

By the end of the lesson, students will be able to analyze and discuss common misconceptions and unhelpful practices related to healthy aging. They will apply the concept of cognitive dissonance to recognize conflicting beliefs, values, or behaviors and propose strategies to align actions with healthy aging principles.
In 2018 France France voted to ban smartphones and personal tablets from schools. Students aged between 3 and 15 are prohibited from bringing their devices to school. The ban is part of a campaign to reduce addiction to electronics.
